When it does, it will ask for one photo of 2–6 people, two separate unticked consent checkboxes, and nothing else. Your portrait is generated free and shown watermarked. $12.99 removes the watermark from that exact image and gives you the full-resolution file — it is not a new render, and the download is instant.
