Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Graydrop to:
- Upload a photograph of any person without their informed consent, or of a minor without their parent or guardian’s consent
- Create sexual, sexualised, nude, or suggestive imagery of any person — and never any sexualised depiction of a minor under any circumstance
- Impersonate any person or create imagery intended to deceive as to a real event
- Create defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory imagery
- Upload images depicting violence, gore, self-harm, or illegal activity
- Infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or privacy right
- Upload photographs of public figures, celebrities, or third parties you do not personally know and have not obtained consent from
- Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or payment; scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service
- Use the Service for biometric identification, surveillance, or law enforcement purposes
- Violate any applicable law
Enforcement. We may remove content, suspend or terminate access immediately and without refund, and report unlawful material to law enforcement. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by law.
